Frequently Asked Questions

How do I report a post, comment, or profile?

Open the related content or member view and use the report action shown there. Reports help moderation review content that may be inappropriate, misleading, rights-infringing, or outside the intended mirror-journal experience.

What happens after I submit a report?

A moderation record can be reviewed so the service can decide whether to keep the content, limit it, remove it, or restrict an account when rules are broken.

Can I block another member?

Yes. Use the block action from a profile or content menu. Blocking helps remove unwanted profiles and posts from your own experience. Reporting and blocking can be used together.

How do optional premium credits work?

Some premium actions may use optional digital credits where the app clearly presents that before use. If a restore flow does not refresh correctly, email support@peldor.com with the purchase date and product detail.

Why does Peldor request camera or photo access?

Camera access is used only when you choose to capture a mirror photo or short clip. Photo access is used only when you choose media for posting, profile editing, or translation.

How does translation work?

Peldor can process copied captions or visible text from selected product images when you start a translation request. Clearer text and cleaner crops usually improve the result.

What content is not allowed?

Harassment, sexually explicit material, exploitation, graphic violence, impersonation, infringement, unsafe product instructions, and unauthorized reuse of another person's media are not allowed.
